What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I lost 185 lbs. at an age when most women think they can't lose weight. I want to teach women my permanent weight loss methods. Life coaching is an often missing factor in weight loss plans. Most women think diet and deprivation are required. Diets don't work unless your thinking changes too.

What do you love most about your job?
The ah-ha moments when a client really starts to understand why they've gained weight or cant keep it off.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"You've changed my life forever"

I honestly didn't know about this place, but I just happened to see the groupon. I looked into it, got information about the establishment and what it had to offer and thought it was a great idea to learn more about nutrition and better my eating habits.
