Fantastic work out!! totally worth it. Wish they had a locker room. There is no place for you to store your belongings, you walk in from the parking lot, toss your jacket on a hook or floor and get to it. Tough to be all sweaty and have to go outside without being able to wash up.

This bootcamp is so worth it! You feel stronger after the first week. There is a lot of weight training and interval training, which is the best way to loose weight and gain strength! Caputo, the guy that was my trainer, is awesome too!

I absolutely loved the classes! I invited so many of my friends and they ended up purchasing packages too. Make sure if you get the unlimited classes package to go at least 2-3 times a week to get your money's worth. Each time I went to class (sometimes more than 1ce a day) there were different exercises. The classes are frequent enough to fit most life schedules and I definitely recommend it. Now that I've moved I will be going to the one near my location. Great job Damon!
