Maybe I'm nitpicking, but I specifically asked if all fluids would be checked and that my brake fluid was a little low. I was assured it would be taken care of. When the guy who did the oil change gave me my car back, I asked him if he had topped off my brake fluid. He looked at me and said, "Yes sir". On my way back to work, I noticed my brake light was still on. I checked when I arrived back at work and it was obvious that no fluid had been added. I called the store and I was told I could bring it back, but I didn't have time and it would cost me $5 in gas just to return. Bottom line, I felt like they had lost an opportunity to gain a customer, had blown it, and really didn't care.

My experience was not the best. Moe, is definitely a tool. He has no customer service skills and shouldn't be one on one with customers at all. I wish I'd only bought one oil change, hopefully I can be reimbursed for the other two as I have no intention of returning. I'd pay more for better service any day. Todd rocks, he was nice and tried to counter Moe's ignorance with friendliness. If it wasn't for Todd, I wouldn't have gave them business at all. That has to be a franchise. Corporate Midas wouldn't deal with Moe's bad attitude--I'm sure.
