I think I got the rookie for my hairdresser. The color did not match what I had before so I had two distinct colors in my hair. The haircut ended up all slanted and the service wasn’t great either. Never going back.

Horrible customer service! On hold all the time, appointment rescheduled twice on their side, receptionist informed me if I had a groupon (yes explicitly stated that) I needed to call back another day for an appt because they were too busy to book it then. A serious attitude adjustment is needed for this salon.

I've always had "bad luck" when it came to salons. I even tried over priced places like bangz in montclair and that was also a disaster. BUT this place is amazing! not only is their customer service superb, but they have modern and talented hair stylists. they have gained a customer for life.
