This is the best boot camp I have ever been in. Bashay is an awesome instructor, he keeps you motivated and pushes you to do the best you can do. He changes things up so you can get the best results. You are 100% engaged from the beginning to the end of your workout each day. I would recommend this 100% to anyone that wants to build strength and endurance.

This workout is intense but Bashay gives you the motivation to push through! I do the 5am class and I looveeeeee it! Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone!!
