First I would like to say that everything went really well. My only complaint is that I paid for a full body wax and apparently, that doesn't include the arms. Had to pay $35 extra for the arms. I thought that was weird and didn't make any sense. But great business and great wax job.

Almost certainly the 'esthetician' who waxed me was not licensed. Most awkward, painful and unprofessional wax I've ever had. Kept commenting on my body hair, wax everywhere, unsanitary. Just... Don't.
