Very unorganized. Extemely unprofessional and very rude. I would never go back and recommend to everyone not to use them. The only good person was the younger photographer. The sales lady was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Picking pictures should have been a fun experience and she made it awful. We planned to buy a big package but after her service we left with the package included in the groupon. If you asked her any questions it was like you were interfering with her day by asking the sales lady a sale question.

Sgt. Peppers was very professional and took the time for our photo shoot. We were pleased with the selection of photos to select from at our viewing, and with the ultimate end product.
