Unfortunately I think owing to the nature of this place as a training location it is hit and miss who you receive treatment from. While my masseuse was kind she did not seem to know what she was doing. I felt like I was being poked rather than massaged. She didn't know any of the products used in the facial either when I asked what they were due to skin sensitivities. This was a birthday gift and sadly was not a relaxing one.
