Pasha (n): a Turkish word for a high-ranking title; the name of a Mediterranean grill that values tradition. Pasha opened its doors in 2008 when two families came together to swap recipes and open an establishment to share these Mediterranean delights and customs with the public. Even their name derives from a traditional place—the idea of serving food fit for a king. At Pasha, customers can find traditional Mediterranean treats such as falafel, kabobs, and hummus, but also more obscure dishes such as ghormeh sabzi, a beef sirloin stew. For the full Mediterranean experience, customers can also visit their off-site locations like their bakery, Baklovah, and Naara, a hookah bar/cafe.
