I purchased my groupon May 10, 2013 and was not able to get an appointment to use it until August 23, 2013 due to over booing and their laser machine being out of service for several weeks. Once their to redeem the groupon, they reneged on the service I purchased. Very dissatisfied.

I felt that the staff was rude. They also make it seem like you are going to get 6 treatments but each leg counts as one treatment so it's really just 3 sessions. I would have never spent the money if I'd known this. It also took about a month just to get an appointment. I should have stayed with my other laser hair removal place.
