I have unused portions of packages (totaling $526) and the office is not returning any correspondence - voicemails or written. I heard from my technician that the doctor passed away suddenly. I've scoured the internet and they never published an obituary for him. I understand that this can be a challenging time, but failure to communicate with clients and failure to publish an obituary indicates to me that there is no intention to honor the monies paid by clients. Better get Baquero and file in small claims court!

If you want to witness an arrogant doctor scream at his female Latino staff to “speak English!!” .... when they already ARE SPEAKING ENGLISH - then slam his hands on the desk to inflict fear and intimidation into them..... sure go here.
If you want a doctor to randomly stick needles in your face (horrible placement) and to leave with a droopy eye brow...... sure go here.
