Marble and Moxie, Livingston

Located inside a four-star Westminster Hotel, Marble and Moxie restaurant has a reputation to live up to. Starting at the entrance, diners are welcomed by a swanky interior with plush chairs and sofas in the waiting area. Then, patrons are invited further into the dining space, to sit at tables covered with crisp white tablecloths. When seated comfortably on padded chairs, guests can indulge in a classic steakhouse fare prepared with USDA prime dry-aged beef and other grass-fed meats from selected farms. They can choose, for example, between a succulent Argentinian-style steak served with chimichurri sauce and jumbo crab cakes garnished with fresh greens and citrus dressing. And after a filling meal, they can top the experience off with a craft cocktail prepared at the bar.
