2 of us went with different experiences. It was a no frills place which was ok. We were walked into a room & no instructions were given. My massage was actually very good although she didn’t do my feet. My sister was not thrilled. She asked for the masseuse to work on her back and neck only. She said ok then did her whole body. We were changing afterwards & the masseuse walked in without knocking
