They scheduled the appointment; took my voucher number and processed it as redeemed and never performed the service, nor called to explain what occurred. Avoid this scam at all cost. The very worst of customer service!

if anything occurs that causes them to return, be prepared to wait! This has occurred twice. Originally when they didn’t have the correct equipment with them to clean our dryer in addition to having to order a new cap for our chimney, and the second time when they created a new connector for the dryer vent that extended the dryer out 2" in our laundry room. Each time 4+ week wait!
