i NEVER redeemed this groupon.Goodson Steemer never provided us with any service whatsoever. then, they l claimed it had not yet been redeemed. they will hear from my credit card company. HORRIBLE customer service.

Very nice but wouldn’t use them again. Took about 10 minutes to do two rooms. I asked to make sure stains were out, was told they were but they weren’t. Asked for carpet deodorizer which was sprayed from a bottle into the air instead.
