What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

I offer a full-service Catering and Banquet Center business that is run by the slogan of “Your Request is Our Specialty”. We offer everything from hot dogs to caviar.

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?

One of our most popular items is our on-site freshly made BBQ that is prepared by our corporate chef on out 14ft mobile BBQ grill!!!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I was inspired by my uncle who started the company all the way back in 1980. We are a family run, veteran-owned business.

What do you love most about your job?

The thing that I love most about owning a business is the interaction with the people who hire us and seeing the joy we bring to them during their special events.
