The workers themselves did a great job but the management was rude and tried to rip me off! If there's one thing I can't stand? It's the bait and switch... Don't hire this company unless you want to be stuck last minute with the decision to cough up whatever they tell you to or NOT move!

The mover was an hour late and showed up alone. I ended up having to help him move my things as my other options were to wait until the evening and I needed to be out of my apartment by 5pm. It took longer than expected, understandably, but they had the nerve to charge me for another hour in addition to the extra day of rent because I was so late getting done. My follow up emails were not returned

DO NOT use this company. They are extremely unprofessional!! Paula in specific. I waited for 2 and half hours for my movers to arrive. I was scheduled at 12pm they called at 11:40am saying they were behind on the current move and would be to me by 1. No problem. They finally show at 2:33pm, after I called twice they claimed to have gotten lost. I spoke to Paula & she showed no concern.

The movers were very professional and provided excellent customer service!
