About Ninja Fit Gym

In medieval Japan, ninjas carried out missions of espionage and assassination, often relying on their prodigious dexterity and core strength to see them through strenuous assignments. In modern-day America, these warriors have passed into the realm of legend, but they left behind an important legacy: their dedication to functional, full-body fitness. Such is the belief of the trainers at NinjaFit Gym, whose obstacle-course-inspired workouts draw from many of the same skills (and muscles groups) prized by the ninjas of yore. Strength and conditioning sessions here might find exercisers scrambling across a set of rope netting, ascending the hand and foot holds of an indoor rock wall, or holding their own on a set of gymnastics rings. Weight work, including deadlifts and kettle bell programs, round out the functional regimen.

Kind, courteous, and supportive staff. Very friendly people who train there as well. The obstacles are fun and there’s plenty of them. There’s all the free weights and pull-up bars you’ll need as well. Definitely a fun and rewarding experience.

They have workouts of the day that are programmed for you so you can do weights and pull up stuff and then you can practice on the obstacles too. We did the beginning nika class on Monday at 6 PM and had a great time

The owners, Michelle and Richie, are so wonderful and encouraging. We are so thankful to have found this gym and this community. Highly recommended!

If you have kids this is a place to go. But for those who don't pass. Upon walking in I wasn't greeted or helped. I spent five minutes finding someone to helpe and when I did the lady brushed me off and told me to sign in. Then when I wanted to do the group work out she proceeded to ignore me and do stuff with her buddies. I was new to this place and wanted proper use for the equipment but she showed no interest in helping. Waste of a drive and time
