My first appointment was postponed on the same day by the owner, which was fine, but when I arrived at the revised time, I still waited over 30 minutes for her to arrive. Everyone has bad days, and that did not happen again. I enjoyed receiving the email reminders of my appointment a couple days prior, and when I did not receive one, I missed an appointment. Because I did not call, I was told I had "voided" my Groupon and now would have to pay to complete any of my remaining package (I had completed 3 of 6 treatments). I was disappointed that the patience and understanding that I was required to show was not reciprocated, and that there was "nothing they could do". :(

I still have the burn marks on my face from the high voltage hair remover machine. I hate this.
