Team Pest USA representative made several attempts to refuse this voucher by repeatedly making false claims and twisting words that I clearly communicated. The representative stopped her efforts when I requested to speak to a supervisor. Afterwards, I was kept on hold for a long period of time and was finally given an appointment date of 7/22/21. I am going to call back next week to see if the appointment can be moved up to a earlier date, and I'm considering reporting Team Pest USA to the BBB. I will await the completion of service to see if my home is properly serviced. If not, I will be reporting Team Pest USA to the BBB.

Not the best service, I just don’t like leaving bad reviews. I don’t think it was effective. Will try a different company.

It was waste of my time and money. I thought the company is going to do a good job to earn my business as I was looking for a pest control but I was wrong. The tech barely spent 5 minutes, literally 5 minutes, in my home just sprayed a few open areas and that was it the next day I saw ants running in the same are that he apparently sprayed! He spend more time in his truck to the invoice than doing the actual job.

They did exactly what they said the would do. No pressure to sign for additional services. May use them again if the service works as planned. Very happy
