Parents/Grandparents should be aware that they cannot go into the Waterpark area to watch their children play without paying a $5.00 fee each. I find this a little greedy considering the cost per child already.

Make sure that you bring a groupon coupon for each person - I thought when I printed one groupon it was good for 2 admissions. Then when I tried to get the other one off of my phone I couldn't remember my password (I had it written down at home). I pressed can't remember password but it wouldn't work. So that was frustrating but my sons had a great time!
