Great service! I had a minor concern and by the time I got home they had called and advised they had found a solution and said they would reprogram starter at no cost.

Service was awesome, very friendly and done quickly.

This merchant was very accommodating and helped us with our problems. I was totally dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Groupon.I question the %50 discount offered on the Groupon ad and no one has ever responded to me. This is nowhere the retail price for a walk in.I would purchase from Leckie again but not through Groupon. I Have not made a Groupon purchase since.

I thought when I was purchasing this deal I was actually getting a deal. As it turns out there was no deal at all . Their regular price was 299.00. I did use the groupon 25% off coupon which did reduce the 299.00 down to 249. 00. When I purchased this the deal it did say total cost 249.00 as it turn out not only did I have pay tax i had to pay tax and on the full price of 299.00 not 249.00. I don't know who is responsible for this misinformation but it should be corrected. I also purchased one for my son for Christmas. Had I known all of this I would not have made a second purchase. I would like clarification of this matter. Thanks Ron Brady
