Hard to get a hold of. Appointments are set so far apart. Answer machine is always full. She moved twice and changed her number. And didn't initially accept to offer the service she sold

The lady who owned the business was very nice to my daughters, but she closed the business or relocated without letting us know, only calling us to cancel our appointment. Disappointing!

If any of the instrument is not functional, have the courtesy to call the client and rebook the appt, instead of the client finding out when they get there. And if the instrument is not 100% functional, don't use it on the client. Lastly, when you say you're going to call the client to rebook the appt, follow through with that promise.
