I felt pressured to purchased the upgrade package, and after going for over a month I showed up for a scheduled appointment to an empty and locked building and have not been contacted by the owner or any of the staff members. They don't answer the phone and I have no way of using up my paid for sessions, a complete scam.

Dear Susan, Thank you for your feedback. Weight loss is a very sensitive subject, to be successful in losing weight it requires mental toughness. The owner takes his clients very serious because they entrust him with their health and their hard earned money so therefore the owner needs to show leadership and that can be misread by some people. The owner will most certainly take your comment in to consideration.
