I learned how to wind it up, back it up, & drop it like a dancehall queen. Best hr workout I've ever had... I usually wake up sore the next morning from a hard workout, but I was tight all over by the time class was over. Moika is bonafide.

Bring water and a towel. It's a great experience and your leaving the building sweaty. We had a blast!

Come ready to sweat! It's a fun class and everyone was really nice and welcoming. I'll be returning.

The steps are difficult to learn,but the instructor's personality makes it so much encouraging to just have fun with what your body allows you to do. I really wish we had more space or at least met more than once a week to be able to practice more often without invading other people's space. I look forward to meeting every week :)
