Edible Arrangements, Long Beach

I called them on a tuesday and the employee said the groupon was only good on Monday. I told her the groupon was still listed as current so would she check on it. She left me on hold for 15 minutes but came back with a positive response so I ordered a $40 arrangement and told her I would be there in an hour. Upon arrival I was told I would have to pay an additional $17 as the arrangement was $57 I told her I only wanted a $40 arrangement as ordered on the phone. She said that they didn't have any $40 arrangements but she could make a $47 arrangement if I wanted to wait. I paid the $17 as I didn't have time to wait. Then her system was down and it took up 25 minutes of my time before I was out of the door. I told her that she should have told me on the phone that I was going to incur an extra charge. She said that she was only following her managers instructions.
