They redeemed my voucher without me going

Unfortunately this misleading. We originally serviced you and your companion in which her got scared and requested to get off. We then offered you to come back a different time too your your voucher. You then made a reservation for 4/30 in which we waited for you called and you told us you were 15 minutes away and never showed up an/or called us. We then canceled your reservation and redeemed your voucher per our no call no show policy. You then made a reservation under another name using the same voucher code in which our system noticed and was automatically canceled. We do apologize we weren't able to satisfy you but the redeemed voucher is accurate.
