I adore this location. The first class I went to was gentle yoga which was a perfect start for me getting back into yoga. Instructor was great and I’m looking forward to the next class!

I can’t express enough what a great first time yoga experience I had at Free Spirit Yoga. They set a great relaxing atmosphere that was wonderful. The class was just what I needed. Perfect for a beginner like myself. Not intimidating at all. Felt I was able to follow along and I love that they encourage you to listen to your body and go at our own pace. I can’t wait to go again and keep on learning the yoga-life.

Had a great experience this morning! I love the space and the room. It was a very comfortable environment with a really good instructor. The reception desk was busy this morning but she was still nice and professional. I can’t wait to go back and experience the other classes they offer!
