There is a new owner who was extremely rude when we called. We bought the groupon as a gift to a couple and it was very hard to schedule. I called several times, with no answer and the voice mailbox full. When we finally reached them the front desk put us on the phone with the owner to see if the groupon would still be valid. The groupon was good for two 50 minutes massages + a back salt polish + foot reflexology + other services. The owner told us the appointment would be 50 minutes. We mentioned that the details said the massage was 50 minutes and the other services were additional, so how could it be a 50 minute appointment only? We said this very politely, but she decided to be demeaning back and explained that she was a massage therapist too and she knew how a spa worked. That we had never been so we didn't know yet how it worked. It clearly said "two 50 minute massages" and then listed additional services in addition to "two 50 minute massages". I have been to a spa and was clear on the language of spa services, but she decided to go on a long lecture anyways about how I didn't understand how it worked. It would have been fine if the writing was a mistake and she acknowledged it, but instead she kept going on about how we couldn't understand yet.
I usually don't post negative reviews, but was very put off by the owner being so rude.

Wasn’t much of a massage, felt more like a rub down. The woman that worked on me didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing very much. I wouldn’t recommend or go back for any other services. Customer service was decent but it was over before I knew it. Felt bad for not tipping but I honestly could of saved myself the time.
