I had purchased this as a gift for my mother and I am so embarrassed. I read so many reviews about Waffa and was confident in this gift for her.. I encourage you to go somewhere else. Waffa does not put enough numbing cream for the eyebrows and then says "it's very expensive" and then asking for more was an annoyance. Even after a second application there was a lot of pain but bared through it. While the shape of the eyebrow came out good that pain endured wasn't worth it. Having a comfortable client should be priority so that you have repeat customers! Then your "expensive" numbing cream wouldn't be an issue. Then after weeks to come back for the touch up (which is included) then tries to milk more money out of people. She even made my mother pay on her first visit for "tax". Very unprofessional place and Waffa isn't the person she makes out to be in the reviews.

thank you natalie for your feedback. the groupon voucher doesn’t include the touchup session ( it doesn’t say its included in any of my deals here) taxes is required by the state and it is written in the fine line of every deal that taxes are not included. as for the pain, i never charge extra for numbing and i check with my clients through out the process if they need extra numbing ( if the client in pain i cant work because while in pain likely facial expressions and moving will effect the shape, so i have to make sure clients are comfortable in order for the brows to turn out even. also this appointment was cancelled multiple times and i believe we were very understanding and never charged last minute cancellation fees. accommodating our clients is one of top priorities. thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and concerns

Both lashes are uneven. It was painful during the procedure. I won’t go back, but it’s very cheap on Groupon. Otherwise I’d have asked for a refund.
