Adding to the ever eclectic and celebrated food scene of Queens comes Chef Alwyn Gudhino with his unique Cardamom Indian Cuisine restaurant in Sunnyside. What makes this experience unique is his Portuguese Indian (Goan) cuisine dishes. At an early age, Alwyn learned the art of Goan cooking from his Grandma's kitchen and ultimately wanted to share what he'd learned with the world.

Me along With my fiancée and in laws went to Cardamom for dinner on Mother’s Day and The Indian girl the only server who was serving us was very Kind and sweet But I felt bad for her since she was the only one working and she was running all over for customers and attending the delivery calls at the same time . Cardamom should hire an another server to help the poor girl. Food was good
