In our Signature Semi-Private Core Camp class, we combine Pilates and other fitness apparatuses together to create a unique, non-stop, sweat inducing, core based work out. Classes are never more than four students to meet individualized needs of all participants.

The instructor is so good! She always makes sure you have correct form and that you feel the burn and know what you are working on plus she’s funny
