I went to the spa 2 times and was told that the owner had died and they did not know when or if they will open. I seems like I might have lost my money for the purchase. I have been calling the spa everyday and no one is there to pick up the phone.

Horrible! We tried to call them for 2 months. No one pick up the phone. No one return the call. You can't show up without making the appointment but you can't make an appointment if no one pick up the call. This is a scam. Do not use this place.
