Highly recommend! Fast, efficient and friendly service. Customer service oriented- Ivan returned my first call in a nano second and helped me make the appt.
The guy was awesome! Super quick and easy, will definitely be recommending. Easy location to get to also!
He’s fantastic! I suggest calling as their website is wacky but don’t let it be a reflection on their work. Professional, friendly and fast. I had a same day appointment and had my screen replaced in under 30 minutes! This is a killer deal. You cannot go wrong.
I bought a Groupon to replace my iPhone glass when I got there he said I needed a whole new front case which would cost me an extra $50. My Groupon return was already over so I had to pay the $50. When I got home I noticed mu touch screen had become ultra sensitive and my phone was not working people could hear me but I could not hear them. I brought it back to him and he argued with me that he didn't find any sensitivity issues and that he did touch the speaker and it's not his fault. I debated with him that everything was in working perfect order before he opened up my phone. We went back-and-forth in this mode and I said you need to make this right. He then offered to replace the cable but that's all he would offer he did so and it was in working order again. As I was leaving I was noticing another customer had a similar issue with her camera and he was arguing and debating in the same matter with her

Stay away from Fixgineer!
I came in for a glass replacement on my iPhone 5s. My original LCD screen was in perfect condition. Ivan, the store owner, does not just replace the glass, he will replace your entire screen front with a new LCD screen. However, as he will gladly admit, that screen is a "factory second" and slightly lower quality than the original.
When I picked up my phone with his new screen, I noticed it had "flatter" colors and a distinct yellow tint (kind of like when you use night shift on the phone). I asked him for a replacement, which he gladly offered to do for free, however when another screen was put in, it had the same low quality.
I ultimately decided to take my cracked screen and original LCD with me. Ivan will make the case that the cheaper screen allows him to charge so little for the glass replacement, but thats simply not true. I brought my phone to KB Network, which is 10 blocks away, and they were able to separate my screen from the broken glass and replace with my original screen for nearly the same price as Ivan. KB Network has a groupon, use them instead and dont get ripped off. They have better reviews on Groupon and Yelp for a reason. Furthermore, they are a husband wife family business and really nice!
Use Fixgineer at your own risk, but IMO, the $5-10 you save is simply not worth losing the great screen resolution that makes iPhones so great.

The service was fast and really cheap for such a good quality of work. I would definitely recommend.
I traveled all the way from New Jersey just to fix my phone here, and was not disappointed. Fast on the spot fix. Highly recommend.
