He’s fantastic! I suggest calling as their website is wacky but don’t let it be a reflection on their work. Professional, friendly and fast. I had a same day appointment and had my screen replaced in under 30 minutes! This is a killer deal. You cannot go wrong.

I bought a Groupon to replace my iPhone glass when I got there he said I needed a whole new front case which would cost me an extra $50. My Groupon return was already over so I had to pay the $50. When I got home I noticed mu touch screen had become ultra sensitive and my phone was not working people could hear me but I could not hear them. I brought it back to him and he argued with me that he didn't find any sensitivity issues and that he did touch the speaker and it's not his fault. I debated with him that everything was in working perfect order before he opened up my phone. We went back-and-forth in this mode and I said you need to make this right. He then offered to replace the cable but that's all he would offer he did so and it was in working order again. As I was leaving I was noticing another customer had a similar issue with her camera and he was arguing and debating in the same matter with her

You had an lcd that could not be recycled. I worked on your device right in front of you, like I do with all my customers. Your screen had signs of wetness, and you witnessed it. I replaced your front camera flex cable in good faith, because I failed to tested before removing. A good lesson learned and turned into a new policy. Now I check all functionality that is affected by the replacement of the lcd. I don't trick nor make false statements in order to make a sale. I don't need to in that spot. Is pretty active, because Fixgineer does a good work with good quality parts. But, right goes both ways, if I break something, I own it, always have in my 4 years in business. And if is not, it's the customer responsibility. No tech requires to touch the rear camera, as in the case with the other Groupon customer. And in good faith, it was removed and clean with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol and it worked.
All systems will be checked thoroughly before opening a device. And Groupon will no longer be accepted in my Lab.
