Although I was pleased with what Paula did with my hair, I was there for over 4hrs! I have meter tickets to prove it! Paula was very sweet & I know she tried her best but she was juggling 3 customers at the same time w/o help.

I've never had my hair professionally dyed before, so I walked in a bit clueless. Paula was so nice and made my hair look much better (I've been using box dyes for years, and as a result, I had a lot of strange stuff going on in my hair). Love my haircut and color - I got a lot of looks as I walked home! Definitely will be back!

Weird phone etiquette -- the person just answered the phone without any formal greeting. They couldn't confirm an appointment for me, I had to wait to hear back.. never heard back and had to call to set things up again.
