The therapist was answering her cell phone during the massage. I got a couples massage with my husband. The two therapist were constantly talking to each other. No soothing sounds or scents.

The enthusiasm of the staff overcomes the language barrier. YMMV, but we had a wonderful time. Go with an open mind, and be pleasant, and you'll have a great experience.

I bought the 2 hours couples massage, there really was no choice on Chinese, Japanese, or Thai massage as advertised. The place is big, nice decor. During the massage the masseuse got a phone call and put it on speaker while speaking loudly, and then she left the room for 15 minutes until she had to be called back in. So unprofessional. The massage and sauna were okay, a little bit on the rough side. Bring your own soap beach use the body wash in the shower is watered down. The 2 complimentary drinks also don't have a choice. We were given coke and sunny D. Tip is already set and mandatory. For this package, it was $53.00 and they don't have change ready for you. Hope this helps.

Is not a luxury spa but it was a very pleasant experience for the price. There is a language barrier with the staff but they are willing to work with you and very attentive.
