I thought I received a nice cut and in the end, it all turned out fine. I will admit I was a little blindsided by the $30 upcharge once I was in the chair because of my "thicker" hair. I don't have incredibly long hair, but it is wavy so perhaps it appeared thicker.

I had a really lovely experience today! Viktoria was super attentive, she took really good care of my highlights and kept her eye on the treatment the entire time. She was very detailed and quite the perfectionist which I loved! She was also really funny and entertaining - I walked in a bit stressed out but she really lifted my spirits and made me forget a lot of problems! I walked out feeling really pretty - thank you Viktoria!
