What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Ted is a third generation business owner in NYC. He is a NYC licensed plumber for 30 years. Mr. Rooter shares a Code of Values and culture to live by, which outline how we work in a professional environment, but also how we live our daily lives.
What do you love most about your job?
People have a less than favorable view of what a plumber looks like. We love showing up for an appointment and changing that perception. At Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Queens we present and conduct our work in a professional courteous manner.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best compliment we receive is when our customers called back for more work and ask for the same technician or when our customers refer our company to their family and friends.
