The study guide is missing Q&A part

The person to whom I gifted this Groupon had technical difficulties with the voucher and was unable to use it. However, Groupon is marking the voucher as "redeemed" when it was - in fact - NOT redeemed due to the technical difficulties. Even though we reported the issues to Groupon and to RealEstateU, Groupon refuses to issue a refund, and Groupon also claims that RealEstateU says the voucher was redeemed. If you want to get your TX real estate license, I do NOT recommend using Groupon or RealEstateU to do so!
