My phone is still broken and it's been with them for TWO MONTHS. I brought it in for a simple screen replacement. I receive my phone back and the phone won't recognize my thumbprint and then later on, the screen lamp goes black. The phone works but the screen doesn't? Hmmm.
Sounds like faulty work to me.
I wish I never bought this Groupon. It has been a literal nightmare.

Although Ivan was a great person when it comes to service I didn't have the best experience. Took my wife's S6 for a screen replacement, and when I picked up the phone the top speaker wasn't working. I brought it to his attention and he said he didn't think it had anything to do with his repair (the phone was working 100% when I walked in), took it to a 2nd shop and guy fixed it right away.
