I purchased laser hair removal for the face. I’ve been twice, and I’ve already seen good results. I have had several areas lasered before at different places. Some have been awesome, some have not. This place is awesome so far. I know what the beginning of lasting results looks and feels like, and so far this has been a positive experience. Their laser is a strong combination laser and the technician, Mandy, knows what she’s doing and is very thorough. She focuses in on detailed spots that many others often miss. Highly recommend and I don’t say that lightly.

It says 1, 3, or 6 sessions, but they do not offer 6 sessions on groupon. I asked Cosmopolitan Contouring if I could buy 2 3 sessions since the 6 was not available. They said that you can not buy ANY more packages from groupon EVER for their company because they lose/the company, too much revenue. That is really weird that can never do another offer.

The 6 session LIPOcel treatment package is not offered on Groupon and is an error on their part. We have contacted Groupon to resolve and correct the error. Thank you for purchasing of our 3 session LIPOcel treatment package via Groupon and receiving successful treatments at our office.
Our patients are limited to one Groupon purchase and thereafter can take advantage of great office promotions to add additional treatments or services to their account. We apologize for inconvenience.

I bought two packages but am only allowed to use one. I haven't received any help to cancel and get a refund. The one package I get to use is with a painful laser and the technician will not cover the entire area I was expecting. I didn't get any support that I needed when I called the location. Therefore, I have made a mistake in purchasing.

I did not get to go. This company has two locations and I booked Lorton. When o received my reminder for my appointment, it said Woodbridge without anyone ever reaching out to ask if the change in location was okay with me.
