I wanted to give this place a try because she had good reviews. I asked to have my hair cut short and she did not cut it how I asked. I couldn’t even tell the difference in length from when I came in. I also went in for a petite balayage and she gave me 4 strips of highlights. Waste of my time and money.

H Kiana, Thank you for your feedback. Its amazing to me the people who can't even pronounce balayage have something to say about, when they don't know anything about it at all. I explained to you what a balayage is, but obviously you don't understand what it is or comprehend the terminalogy.

Do not spend your money, I don't know what she put on my hair but it did not work.

Hi mirna, a keratin treatment is not a one time treatment to have hollywood hair over night. You need to keep up with keratin treatments. In the mean time, I would recommend doing some deep conditioning treatments

Nikky is talented and knowledgeable. I got a Keratin treatment, a great haircut and if that wasn’t enough she corrected my hair color. I’m so happy I found Bei Capelli. My hair looked very damaged and yellowish.....I’m very happy with the results.
