Rise Hot Yoga, Los Angeles

Great Studio, Good Teachers and a variety of classes and class times. The thing I didn't like was that a lot of the teachers do not start on time. They wait 5 minutes for LATE people. I rush to get there on time and then have to start class late. That bothers me more than people coming in late. I understand when people come in late, it's LA but I don't want to wait for them to start class. Because then the teachers rush to the end and we do not get a full savasana or worse run over and then cause me to be late to work. Through the whole class they say that that is the most important pose. If we do get savasana it's like a minute and then they let the next class in and they are standing over you waiting to get up. I tried the 60 minute and the 90 minute. I even mentioned it to teachers that asked my opinion on their class. I went the next day, same thing. Having scheduled times doesn't matter if you aren't going to abide by them.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the class was great to follow along to. I wasn’t expecting to sweat so much, it was amazing!
