Do not buy this Groupon- it's a rip off! They wrapped the wine so I didn't see them till I got home, they were not the wines advertised on their website. We looked them up when we got home and 3/4 of them were all $4-5 bottles of wine. Bottle rock claims it's an $80 value, definitely not!!

Quick note about the Groupon deal: if you buy the 4 bottles of wine, make sure you call ahead before to check their current inventory as the list is constantly changing. The wines advertised through the Groupon link were not the ones I received, and were much less expensive so I didn't quite get the monetary value that I thought I was getting... although the one bottle I've tried so far I enjoyed. With all that said, I cannot say enough good things about this place! Fun atmosphere, great service, and very reasonable prices for tasty food. Their happy hour is probably my favorite in DTLA and it's 7 days a week (all day on Sunday)... unbelievable value. My GO-TO spot for a few drinks before a Clippers or Kings game at Staples. One thing that sets them apart from a lot of restaurants is how friendly and involved their employees are. It seems like every time I go in I see even the most senior employees (owner, GM, manager) smiling, chatting with customers, giving a hand to whoever needs it, overall just working hard to provide excellent customer service. You can tell they really love what they do and care a lot about their restaurant. Keep up the good work, Bottlerock!
