The creators of Club Pilates have used their many years of experience to create the unique and proprietary Club Pilates Method. A team of certified fitness professionals teaches the group classes, which are designed to challenge students at every level and target exactly what they want to work on most. The staff leads students through controlled movements and breathing techniques performed on state of the art, specialized Pilates machines, such as the Reformer, the Chair, the Springboard, the Barre, and the TRX Training System. To ensure each patron can craft a well-rounded workout regimen that suits his or her needs, the studios offer stretching and sculpting classes that touch upon a variety of fitness modalities.
