The guy who owns/runs the gym has attitude for days and lacks patience for anyone new to CrossFit. If you start asking questions about anything he answers you in a condescending tone and loud and slow like you’re a moron. All my questions were about lifting technique and poster - which are pretty important when it comes to lifting. Second day in a pulled my back for deadlifting incorrectly. He would watch me do them and not even bother correcting me. If you want to get injured real quick and have someone talk down to you - come here.

Hello this is the owner ...I am not sure as to how to reply to this.. I have been coaching for 30 years. I care about everyone.. I especially care about people who try the gym and want to get stronger.. I have incredible passion and patience..and love deadlifts.. I allow everyone time to adjust and learn..starting light and not many instructions...I tend to not fix what is not broken..Personally I thought that for a beginner you were handling yours and doing fine.. The population of groupon in the gym has me to allow them to try the gym without to much technical coaching again allowing an individual time to learn without being hurt.. Noone..not one person hurt in our gym fron squatting or deadlifts.. I pride myself on it.. I appreciate the words and apologize for your bad experience... Agian I thought you were doing fine and looked forward to seeing you learn and progress.
