I have to say it was a great first experience. I had no idea the kind of workout and mindset it takes to cycle. Loved it, they're a very welcoming group. An excellent core, back and leg workout, all in one. This class got me fully sweating so I would have to rate it a 10/10. Coming back again for my next class.

The experience was a 10 out of 10! Lisa was so welcoming and friendly. This was my first time ever taking a cycle class. The ladies and atmosphere are great! If you are looking for a good sweat this is the place!
