They charged me $40 for extra dye. I feel ripped off!

Jess was WONDERFUL. My keratin treatment and haircut were perfect, and she even managed to squeeze my little girl in for a wash and cut! She is talented and kind, and I highly recommend her.

The three stars are for the actual job the stylist did on my hair. The color came out great. Unfortunately the experience was tainted when she started complaining that I had too much hair and that my hair texture was too "frizzy" and thick to be worth the Groupon. I was so taken aback I offered to finish the blow dry. I've never had someone say that about my hair, and I felt bad and left her a substantial tip. In hindsight I should have thought it was strange that a hairstylist was complaining about doing her job. She told me I was inconveniencing her because she wanted to eat before her next appointment. Overall, an unprofessional way to conduct business. I'd say rule #1 of hairdressing is don't insult clients and rule #2 is don't offer a Groupon if you're not prepared to deal with different kinds of hair textures. (Maybe consider changing professions!) She told me that she wasn't used to dealing with "ethnic hair". I wouldn't recommend purchasing this Groupon unless you have fine, European hair so as not to inconvenience your stylist. Not pleased.

Stylist refused to accept my Groupon unless she gets owner approval. I was told that AFTER my hair was washed. I had to wait for about 20 min with wet hair to finally get owners approval to proceed. It’s not my 1st time getting keratin at other salons. Half of my hair was pulled out, I discovered that you can be burned with blow-drier. A LOT. The keratin was gone BEFORE I even washed my hair.
