After the "superwash" the car was still dirty. It looked like it was only rinsed. I wasted my $12 for this unbelievably bad wash. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and will never go back there.

i work in downtown and the car wash location is very convenient for me. staff was friendly and did an excellent job.

my car has some bird dropping marks on the hood. looks like the wash machine cannot clean them completely. so still some marks left after the car was returned to me

Did not do a good job in cleaning me car, windows had streaks, interior still had debris on the floor mats and I found many noticable spots on the exterior that were missed. Very disappointed in the quality of the work when considering how slow it was. Probably will not go back.

I had to point out SEVERAL dirty areas inside my car. They didn't put the floor mats back in properly. Streaks all over the windows, and dirty areas all over the exterior. I don't think they even scrubbed down the entire car only about 75% of it. There is dirt clearly visible all over the exterior not to mention my rims are still covered in brake dust!!! This was supposed to be the $25 premium car wash, luckily I paid half price! I will not return here again even though I still have one more car wash left on my groupon!

The type of car wash I got done here I could have done it else where cheaper and better job. I really don't think the $25 retail value or what I pay $12 is worth the wash. I think I could have done a better washing my car my self.

When I picked up my car I noticed the back hadn't been vacuumed so I had to a guy who ignored me at first n when we came back mumbled something when I told him. He did take it to vacuum but didnt do a good job. As I was driving home I noticed my dashboard wasnt cleaned, my ash tray wasn't emptied, there were streaks on all the windows, the fragrance they were supposed to put in the car was non existent and when I took a look at the outside there were all These dirt spots that would come off with my hand, how did guys with towels miss these spots?? I was very dissapointed n now I regret tipping cuz the job was poorly done.
