Great service nice people

They offer a great service and are completely professional. The staff are really friendly. The office is lovely and absolutely spotless. I plan on going back for more treatments.

I was taken into a dirty room, a soft spoken man came in pretending to be the doctor. He said the Radiasse that I had purchased and was advertised for nasolabial folds could not be used as a filler and I had to purchase another filler or pay an extra $75 to have it hyper diluted. He became aggressive and said if I don’t like it he will refuse service. I was caught in a scam. I had already paid the fee for Groupon. He then had a woman come in who rubbed my face violently with coarse brown paper and alcohol. The rubbing alcohol get in my eyes and when I said my eyes are burning, she smiled and shook her head with her lips curled expressing “ so what” she then punctured my face for the next 20 minutes . It was the most painful experience.i should have gotten up and left but I had already paid so I was compromised. I have bumps in my face and chin. I was bruised for a week and three months after the experience i have solid rock bumps in my chin! There is no way that she was a nurse. She was cruel and not qualified.and did not know what she was doing. She punctured through my dermis and now the Radiasse is making its way to my lymph nodes and I am experiencing breast pain, headaches, eye pain. I have bumps all over. My face is swollen and completely inflamed. I looked better prior to this injection. I do not think it was authentic material. These people should be arrested. It is a scam.
